By accessing or using ViperAds ("we," "us," or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ViperAds provides AI-generated UGC-style ad creative production for ecommerce brands. The scope, volume, and format of deliverables are determined by the plan you subscribe to. We reserve the right to update or modify our service offerings at any time.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

ViperAds operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@viperads.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your creatives already delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the ad creatives we produce for you and may use them for any lawful commercial purpose. ViperAds retains the right to display anonymized work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ViperAds creatives for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to false advertising, prohibited products, or content that violates platform policies (Meta, TikTok, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for violations of this policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, ROAS, or conversion outcomes. Ad performance depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViperAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
